I am a certified Authentic Pilates and NCPT teacher with over 31 years of experience.

I was originally certified by Romana Kryzanowska, a protege of Joseph Pilates at Capitol Hill PT and Pilates in Seattle,Washington.

My background is in Nursing and Healing Touch.

I have introduced Pilates work to thousands of clients, many being referrals from PT’s, Physiatrists, and Chiropractors.

I am a cancer survivor and believe movement is medicine and movement heals.
