I love using my body—whether I’m skiing down a mountain, running a trail, or hiking in the great outdoors. A year ago, I moved to Louisville from Israel with my husband and our two young daughters, and we’ve been enjoying exploring this new chapter together.
My journey into Pilates began after years of being a dedicated student. With a background in social work, I’ve always been passionate about helping others. Pilates became a natural extension of that—a way to support both physical and mental well-being. I believe in personalizing each session to meet my clients’ individual needs and goals, ensuring they get the most out of their practice. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing clients leave a session differently than they started—whether they feel stronger, more balanced, or simply more at ease.
I’m excited to bring my love for movement and connection to each class, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a welcoming and encouraging space.
